Venturer have been tasked with reconstructing the coping stones atop the building after they had debonded and started to move, causing a hazard to those below.
Each coping will need to be repositioned. So, all copings will have to be removed, the existing mortar bed will have to be cleaned off back to the brick face and there needs to be mechanical fixings for every stone.

Construction of a new road and retaining wall, works include :
- Excavating the existing site then laying and compacting hardcore
- Casting footings for the retaining wall
- Installing precast retaining wall sections
- Shaping and backfilling retained ground
- Construction of the new road
